Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Assist in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and other team members to ensure technical feasibility and proper integration.
  • Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing activities.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Research and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of relevant work or internship experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Java programming is required.
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and able to work in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Amenable to onsite training in the Makati office.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up after training.
