Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst or Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, designing and implementing business processes, and providing training and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the learnings on the full cycle implementation of the modules functionalities, processes, and designs.
• Responsible to handle required Business Processes of the Clients, needs to implement it accordingly with a proper documentation that will be provided to clients on a timely manner.
• Responsible to have the proper understanding of the client's business requirements to deliver a successful project implementation.
• Responsible in gathering clients business processes requirements to deliver the proper implementation and support phases.
• Responsible in the project implementation, training and support to be delivered to clients.
• Analyze and solve customer issues to data and processes on the software implementation.
• Requires attention to detail, strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Responsible to work and be deployed in the client's office as required.
• Must be a Great Team Player.
• Great initiative and monitor all emails at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in the following: Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Marketing and other business related courses.
• Good communication both verbal and writing, organizational, and planning skills
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex business processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
• Preferably with experience in handling projects but not required
• REPORTING ONSITE
