Assistant Plant Head

with I. OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspection of all hydroelectric power plant equipment and dam facilities such as generators, hydro-Turbines, control system, switchyard, and dam facilities to ensure their optimum condition
• Review and check the reading/recorded data of all operating equipment of the powerhouse and dam Facilities
• Manage all work and ensure compliance to safety rules for plant
• Lead in repair works and troubleshooting in any abnormality of power plant equipment operations.
• Maintain compliance to all production schedule effective.
• Prepare all paperwork and reports for all plant activities and oversee all activities of production employees and evaluate all plant requirements
• Supervise the personnel in charge of handling the various sections in the powerhouse including dam facilities.
• Analyze and maintain budget requests for all operations.
• Prepare shift schedule of operating personnel
• Forecasting annual and monthly generations & budget based on the previous years generation
• Develop and implement all plant policies and achieve all objectives and coordinate for various production and maintenance activities
• Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain records of plant operations, maintenance and repairs of hydroelectric plant equipment.
• On call to duty in time of emergency and making decisions to solve the problems by analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution to the problem.
• Contact barangay Official, LGU, & Soreco II personnel if needed
• Coordinates w/ external company like DOLE, DOE, PSALM etc. for compliance
• Also perform Administrative duties like timekeeping, hr concerns & other employees concerns
• Ensure compliance to all company policies and regulations and administer everyday activities of all plant personnel
• Develop and maintain an effective and trust worthy work environment all times.
• Performs other duties as required.

I. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Willing to work in Catanduanes
• At least 1 year of experience as Assistant Plant Head
• Abreast of Energy industry updates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
