IT Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
IT Specialist
with strong technical knowledge in managing MSP environments and client contracts. This role involves setting up Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing monthly contracts, and integrating key systems such as CRM, billing, and ticketing platforms. You'll also handle system configurations, communicate with clients via email and occasional calls, and ensure smooth operations across various IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain
  MSP systems
  , including SLAs and monthly client contracts.
• Configure and manage
  Windows Servers
  and
  SonicWall
  firewalls.
• Handle
  Office 365
  administration and
  HP Aruba
  network devices.
• Integrate and maintain the
  CRM system
  , including billing and ticketing setup.
• Manage
  QuickBooks
  for contract billing and financial tracking.
• Communicate with clients primarily via email (with some calls) to address technical and account-related concerns.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Document configurations, changes, and support processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an
  MSP (Managed Service Provider)
  or similar IT environment.
• Strong understanding of
  SLA management
  and
  contract setup
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  Windows Server
  ,
  Office 365
  ,
  SonicWall
  , and
  HP Aruba
  devices.
• Familiarity with
  QuickBooks
  and CRM integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of network security and best practices.
