I. JOB SUMMARY

Performs the Stamping Tool Die Assembly and Dis-Assembly process to the highest quality standard in conformance to customer satisfaction. Ensure that the work instructions are being followed in all areas and process of work.

A. Duties and Responsibilities

●Shall perform and follow work instructions as provided in the Team/Group Leader/Supervisor.

●Shall perform daily checklist for microscopes, 5'S checklist, movable crane, bench lathe and all related on assembly area.

●Update working hours, daily reports, recording of activities and overtime sheet for costing and other related purpose it may serve.

●Responsible on requesting tool parts that needed on repairing the new stamping tool die to engineering production area.

●Responsible on verifying the quality of tool parts being delivered from engineering production area to assembly section that will be used for stamping tool die assembly. ●Operate Press Machine and other machines as necessary for trial process and maintain the good condition.

●Comply with stamping tool die assembly systems and procedures.

●Performs assembly and trial process base on the drawing and data that given by the Leader / Supervisor.

●Monitor and follow up stamping tool die parts that internally fabricated prior to assembly and conduct initial preparation.

●Perform other duties as may be assigned by superior.

●Start-up process:

- Practice HORENSO (Report Inform Consult) at all times.

- Ensures 5S compliance before and after performing process.

- Checking of working instruction during start up process.

A. Education and Experience

Graduate of engineering course preferably mechanical engineer or any technical related course.

With experience in working as maintenance technician preferably in stamping tool die assembly industry.

B. Competence and Knowledge

  • Knowledge in using different mechanical tools and devices.
  • Good body built – no history of serious illnessTechnical; detail and quality oriented
