Job Opportunity: Quality Analyst

INT Manpower Services is sourcing qualified candidates for our valued client, DoughPro. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst who will ensure that the company's products and processes consistently meet established standards and exceed customer expectations.

Work Location:

• Main Office – Silang, Cavite

• Head Office – Las Piñas City

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, systems, and procedures

• Conduct product inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks

• Document and report quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve quality-related concerns

• Monitor process performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency

• Prepare regular quality reports for management review

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field

• At least 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and testing protocols

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

• Willing to be assigned at both Silang, Cavite and Las Piñas offices
