- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical course in mechanics is an advantage
- TESDA NC I/II or equivalent certification in Automotive Servicing preferred
- With or without experience (experience in vehicle or equipment repair is an advantage)
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and heavy lifting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when needed
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
