Job Overview:

Performs routine to moderately complex surface preparation, painting and finishing tasks; applying a variety of methods, media and techniques to both interior and exterior surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repainting of furniture and fixture of hotel interior and exterior guest rooms and public areas.
  • Repairing the minor touch up paints and re-varnishing works.
  • Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work.
  • Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation.
  • Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures.
  • Other duties that may be assigned during maintenance works related to painting, re-varnishing works and furniture repairs.
