We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Engineering Manager
to lead our engineering team in ensuring efficient plant operations, continuous process improvement, and equipment reliability. The role is key to maintaining production excellence and supporting company growth through innovation and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the engineering team in daily plant and maintenance operations.
  • Plan, design, and implement projects to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance programs are properly executed to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments for technical support and process improvement.
  • Oversee machine installation, calibration, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and manage engineering budgets, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop engineers and technicians under the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
    (Chemical Engineering background is an advantage).
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in engineering or maintenance management, preferably in a
    manufacturing set-up
    .
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in production equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
