a) The EMPLOYEEshall follow the EMPLOYER's daily collection schedule at all times and shall on the same day of collection make prompt remittance of his/her daily collections to the EMPLOYER.
b) The EMPLOYEEshall collect any and all sums of money, interest or other benefits as may be due the EMPLOYER, and he/she shall issue the official receipt provided for the purpose by the EMPLOYER to each and every client/loan account and for each and every collection.
d) The EMPLOYEEshall maintain the goodwill of the EMPLOYER'sclients.
