As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Malbon, providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect products, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Your role is essential in ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience while supporting sales and merchandising efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet, assist, and engage customers to provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales & Product Knowledge: Understand Malbon's products, styles, and collections to effectively recommend items based on customer needs.
  • Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, following brand guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, product tagging, and inventory checks.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold Malbon's brand image through professional conduct, proper grooming, and knowledge of the brand's story.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and managers to meet sales targets and operational goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven retail and sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned at BGC, Taguig City
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
