IT Support – Active Pooling

Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Start Date: ASAP

Job Summary:

The IT Support role will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, networks, and software applications. This posting is for active pooling, meaning candidates will be considered for current or future openings at our Balagtas site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment and software.
• Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Support IT projects, system updates, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and office software.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to be part of active pooling for deployment at MIDC Industrial Park, Brgy. Cutcut, Balagtas, Bulacan.
• Can start ASAP.
