Job Summary:

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility-related issues while ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility-related issues.
  • Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections and address potential issues proactively.
  • Monitor utilities consumption and equipment performance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering team to prioritize maintenance tasks and provide on-call support as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least a technical or vocational certification in Electrical Installation, Motor Control, or related fields.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' maintenance experience in a food manufacturing setup.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong adherence to food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Willing to be assigned at LIIP, Biñan, Laguna.
