  • Program Development
  • Conducts needs assessment/analysis through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, or consultations and recommends possible solution or intervention.
  • Conducts research, interview, process observation in creating the course/module content.
  • Develops training programs that are focused on addressing the learning needs of employees that include learning objectives, course content, method, and assessment.
  • Designs and creates training manuals, slide presentations, facilitator's guide, activities, surveys, test materials, and online learning modules as appropriate

  • Program Execution and Delivery

  • Facilitates training programs using various learning interventions that include but not limited to classroom/face-to-face set-up, virtual, e-Learning courses, learning sessions, structured learning experiences, simulations, videos, and other related learning methods.

  • Sets up training venue, equipment, and prepares other necessary documents such as handouts, attendance form, evaluation form, and test material.
  • Oversees implementation of training programs such as onboarding, compliance training, in-house and outsourced training as scheduled.
  • Coordinates with different departments on training schedules and notification of participants.
  • Updates and communicates training completion rate to all concerned departments.
  • Coordinates with external training providers when sourcing for external training/seminars for employees.
  • Conducts process observation and documentation especially for newly-implemented training programs.

  • Program Evaluation

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of learning and development programs conducted and makes recommendations for improvement if necessary.

  • Facilitates surveys to obtain employees' feedback on training program attended.
  • Encodes results of training evaluation/feedback of training participants and releases report to facilitators.
  • Encodes and documents attendance and test results of training participants.
  • Reviews and modifies training materials.

  • Audit Compliance

  • Organizes all training documents in compliance with audit requirements.

  • Presents training records to auditors.
  • Maintains and updates database containing the training records of employees such as training attendance, test results, and evaluation summary.
  • Reports quality and food safety issue and any potential or actual emergency situation to immediate superior or authorized/designated person.

  • Administers online assessment and prepares the necessary report.

  • Creates videos and infographics for HR-related announcements or communication.

  • Prepares report as may be required from time to time.

  • Safekeeps equipment and other training materials and ensures that they are in good working condition.

  • Provides support in other HR-related activities and/or programs.

  • Performs other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
