Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management – Oversee daily operations, maintain case files, and prepare legal documents.
2. Client Relations – Serve as the primary contact for clients; coordinate meetings, schedules, and case updates.
3. Records and Documentation – Implement filing systems; handle notarization, filing, and submissions with agencies or courts.
4. Financial and Logistical Support – Assist in billing, monitor supplies, and prepare procurement requests.
5. Marketing and External Coordination – Support firm events and maintain professional connections with external entities.
6. Assistance to Lawyers – Prepare meeting notes, manage calendars, and coordinate with courts and government offices.
7. Confidentiality and Compliance – Uphold data privacy, firm policies, and professional standards at all times
