Job responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies
  • Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects
  • Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points

Your profile

Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Legal Management, Management, Business Administration, or any related course. The right profile must have a working knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector and your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you, and entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
