The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Specialist II to support daily and weekly operational activities. In this role, you will monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with carriers and co-manufacturers, track raw materials and finished goods, and maintain accurate records to ensure production and delivery processes run smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with operational data, and wants to contribute to a seamless supply chain workflow.

What You'll Do:

  • Track inbound raw materials and work-in-progress shipments, ensuring accurate updates to co-manufacturer calendars.
  • Log inbound receipts against open purchase orders to maintain production visibility.
  • Monitor outbound WIP and finished goods shipments, updating carrier portals and tracking statuses.
  • Coordinate with carriers and co-manufacturers to resolve delivery issues and escalations.
  • Book truckloads with preferred carriers and maintain accurate shipment records.
  • Create Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and ensure timely notifications for all shipments.
  • Update delivery calendars to reflect inbound and outbound shipments across multiple sites.
  • Validate goods have been delivered and follow up on missed pickups or late deliveries.
  • Maintain detailed tracking and reporting for our Partner shipment and production trackers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
 

What We Expect From You:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational shipment data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and resolve shipment or delivery issues.
  • Comfortable using carrier portals, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
  • Team-oriented but capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and accountable for timely updates and accurate reporting.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to support operational improvements.
  • Passionate about supply chain operations and ensuring smooth production workflows.
