Senior Electrical Design Engineer (2IC to Electrical Section Manager): Production of Electrical designs coordinated with all other design trades. Support the Section Manager in running the electrical design team and stand in when the section manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

o   Discipline deliverables include:

· Electrical Design Production (Concept to FCD and site support)

· Design Data Production (schematics, calculations, etc.)

· D Modelling in Revit (Concept to early DD)

· D Clash resolution

· Design coordination with all other trades

· Bill of quantity & cost estimates

Requirements:

o   Electrical Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed engineer

o   At least 10 years progressive work experience and minimum of 5 years in Design / Consulting Firm and 3 to 5 years as lead engineer in Electrical design / services coordination related works in a construction firm.

o   Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design

o   Working knowledge on various international and local Electrical and Building Codes and Standards

o   Good knowledge in using various design software packages such as Ecodial, Dialux. Knowledge in ETAP is an advantage.

o   Experience in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects is an advantage

o   With basic knowledge of environmental / sustainable design methods particularly ASHAE 90.1 including artificial and daylighting

Workplace

o   Forsspac operates on a hybrid work setup

o   Hours of work are fully flexible (44 hours a week)

o   Main office has desks that can be booked

o   Site visits and some site based work will be required

Remuneration (Per month)

o   Gross salary subject to negotiation based on experience

· Internet allowance Php1,000

· Electricity allowance Php1,500
