Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile, APIs, and web applications using Android Kotlin, PHP, JQuery, MySQL / MariaDB, and
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, designers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Leverage AWS services, including Kubernetes, Lambda, and AWS Glue, to build cloud-native applications and web services.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of the database and responsiveness to apis and front-end requests
  • Collaborating with other developers on the integration of elements
  • Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes
  • Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
  • Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions
  • Executing unit tests, running automated tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support
  • Documenting mobile, api, and web development processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports
  • Design and develop mobile and web applications according to business requirements and specifications.
  • Provide support and assistance on the testing and deployment of applications in the test, staging, and production environments.
  • Provide 3rd level production technical support, including bug fixes and security patches
  • Remediate security issues identified by third-party penetration tests
  • Optimize and refactor code for performance and maintainability
  • Conduct self code reviews, unit tests, and resolve merge conflicts
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in full stack mobile/web development.
  • Strong proficiency in Android Kotlin, Java, PHP (CodeIgniter), JQuery, MySQL / MariaDB,  and , including their ecosystems and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly Kubernetes, Lambda, and AWS Glue.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fully Onsite (ORTIGAS)
