Qualifications:

-1–3 years of experience in dispatching, field coordination, or operations support.
-Basic knowledge of telecom field operations and technical terminology.
-Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, or field management tools.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Technical Skills/Expertise:
-Familiarity with telecom network operations and field service processes.
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle urgent service requests.
-Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Teamwork-oriented and detail-conscious.
