About the Role

Join Graia Construction Corporation as a Project Engineer and take charge of coordinating and supervising construction projects from planning to completion. This role requires hands-on management both on-site and in the office, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and government agencies to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Coordinate and direct all activities and personnel involved in project implementation and compliance

· Perform on-site operations and oversee all ongoing tasks

· Conduct regular on-site meetings, prepare, and issue minutes of the meeting

· Prepare and issue project reports including correspondence, updates, and GANTT charts

· Coordinate with Finance and Administrative Departments on project undertakings

· Supervise subcontractors and personnel to prevent delays and ensure contract compliance

· Inspect and maintain quality control for all project works and materials

· Prepare progress, materials, and cost reports; adjust work schedules as needed

· Interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring compliance with construction regulations

· Maintain daily logs of construction and inspection activities, compute weekly work estimates

· Approve payments for contractors/subcontractors based on accomplishment reports

· Represent the company in coordination with DPWH and other government agencies

· Ensure safety, productivity, and timely completion of projects

· Develop and implement occupational safety and health programs and emergency response plans

· Monitor safety performance, identify hazards, and develop injury/incident prevention strategies

· Manage all duties and responsibilities of subordinates in office and site operations

· Accountable for all assets and equipment assigned

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed

· Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage

· Strong inspection and evaluation skills

· Proven leadership skills; able to guide teams and subcontractors effectively

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Experience in budgeting, material allocation, and manpower management

· Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil design software

· Flexible in office and field work, including overtime as necessary

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Excellent time management and organizational abilities

· Meticulous with details and strict on meeting deadlines and contract compliance
