Job Title: Accounting Associate to Manager Level

Job Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift: Night Shift, Mon-Fri

Budget: Open Budget + Night Differential + Other benefits

SUMMARY

We are looking for an Associate to Manager level role, with experience in financial and accounting practices, including GAAP accounting. US experience is preferred for more senior level roles. This position is open to various experience levels and will contribute to core accounting functions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Relevant years of progressive experience in financial roles, reconciliations, and general ledger entries (level of experience will determine Associate to Manager placement)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting for specialist to senior levels
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents in English. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with wide groups of directors. Ability to make effective presentations.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must demonstrate the ability to always maintain confidentiality and handle employee and public personnel inquiries with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
  • A plus if with experience in using Sage Intacct or EDP
  • Ability to work as team member and individually
  • Strong analytical skills necessary to produce quality work products.
