About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin to join our dynamic team at Vitezza corporation'. In this full-time role based in Guiguinto Bulacan, you will play a crucial administrative and customer service support function, contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide accurate recording of sales, expenses and other requirements to 3rd party accounting firm.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of sales-related tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and concerns
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales function and office errands.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and particularly Excel
