The HubSpot Web Developer & Administrator will play a key role in the creation, management, and optimization of Hubexo's new global product website. They will contribute to the initial build, whether developed internally or with an external agency, and take ownership of the site's ongoing administration, performance, and scalability. This role ensures the website supports global marketing objectives, delivers a consistent user experience, and integrates seamlessly with HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

Website Development & Implementation

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the new global website within HubSpot CMS Collaborate with internal stakeholders and/or external development partners to ensure all technical and design requirements are met.
  • Develop, test, and deploy responsive templates, landing pages, modules, and themes where required.
  • Configure site navigation, page layouts, and integrations with forms, workflows, and the HubSpot CRM.
  • Ensure all site assets follow best practices for SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.

HubSpot Administration & Maintenance

  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot CMS and related Marketing Hub features.
  • Manage ongoing website updates, content publishing, and performance improvements.
  • Maintain integrations between the website, HubSpot CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to site performance, forms, or tracking.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Work closely with global marketing, product, and regional teams to implement content and design updates.
  • Maintain brand, UX, and design consistency across all pages and regions.
  • Support ongoing site enhancements, A/B testing, and feature development.
  • Document processes, templates, and governance to ensure scalability and maintainability.
