Job Requirements and Description:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing set-up, preferably in a Japanese company.
  • Strong experience in manhour control and production planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Implement and maintain production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet production targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Encourage and support a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
