SAP FICO Senior Associate

Overview
The Consulting Services team is focused on delivering industry-focused solutions through Cloud and Digital platforms. The aim is to empower businesses to grow, streamline operations, and adapt to change by combining professional expertise with cutting-edge technology and industry insights. This team helps clients stay ahead of the curve by delivering strategic transformation and unlocking long-term value.

Role Summary
As a member of the SAP Finance practice, you will help organizations maximize their SAP investments by implementing solutions across finance, supply chain, human capital, and more. The focus is on enabling business-led, technology-driven transformation through comprehensive consulting and system integration services. By joining the finance function, you will collaborate with clients to modernize their financial operations and reporting processes using SAP technologiesenhancing decision-making and aligning finance with overall business strategy.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will work within cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges from planning to execution. Core responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in SAP consulting or relevant finance roles.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules such as Regulatory Accounting (JVA), Treasury, FSCM, FIN, CO, CFIN, PAPM, SAC, etc.
  • Experience designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions that enhance business processes.
  • Ability to support technical SAP efforts, including developing RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Forms).
  • Skilled in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO in alignment with business needs.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, prepare clear documentation, and handle engagement deliverables.
  • Experience leading teams, managing workloads, giving constructive feedback, and maintaining open communication with leadership.
