JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Supports workforce planning by validating staffing recommendations, identifying talent gaps, and building partnerships with external talent sources.
  • Aligns divisional goals with organizational targets, manages competency frameworks, and facilitates employee competency assessments.
  • Conducts candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, ensuring timely onboarding through coordination with relevant departments.
  • Leads the planning and implementation of employee development programs, ensures compliance with training systems and documentation, and maintains complete training records in collaboration with Corporate HR and external providers.
  • Performs initial job evaluations, coordinates with Corporate C&B for implementation, and provides guidance on compensation and benefits policies.
  • Facilitates benefit availment and addresses payroll and benefits-related concerns to ensure smooth process management.
  • Designs engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manages disciplinary cases and investigations; and ensures compliance with labor laws through coordination with government agencies.
  • Oversees HR budget utilization aligned with KRAs and ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Brings 4–5 years of experience in HR business partnering.
  • Experienced in working within multinational or large-scale manufacturing environments.
  • Skilled in recruitment with a proven ability to enhance talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training and coaching both managers and employees.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Must reside in, or have relatives based in, Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
