Job Description: Part-Time Business Development Manager (IT Services)
Remote | SMB Market | Opportunity to go full-time
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with solid experience selling IT services to SMB clients. This role starts as part-time with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads within the SMB market
- Present IT service offerings and conduct discovery calls
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Support revenue goals and assist in closing deals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in
IT services sales
(not SaaS/software) - Strong background in
B2B sales and lead generation - Familiarity with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working part-time with the potential to transition to full-time
Compensation
- Rate:
AUD 25–50 per hour - Commission:
10% on the first invoice of every new client
