Technical Skills:Django, Flask, or FastAPI, with experience in building RESTful APIs and back-end services

Experience with Cloud and Serverless Technologies, including Azure or AWS, to deploy scalable and resilient applications

Proficiency in Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), focusing on creating modular, maintainable solutions

Solid understanding of Git and workflows, including branching, pull requests, and code reviews

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using YAML and GitHub Actions for seamless integration and deployment

Strong grasp of SOLID principles and TDD practices to develop robust, maintainable code

Ability to collaborate with design and architecture teams to create user-friendly, scalable solutions meeting technical and business needs

Experience working in agile environments, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

Skill in breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks and estimating effort during sprints

Ability to work independently and in teams, adhering to high technical standards to meet client needs and quality expectations

Work effectively within an agile, deadline-driven process to complete projects rapidly and iteratively

Provide accurate project estimates

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback

Maintain good communication with team members and departments throughout project cycles

Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Product, and Project Managers to ensure timely and budgeted project delivery

Demonstrate experience in solving complex problems

Write concise, clean, and understandable code, applying design patterns and TDD practices

Develop unit and integration tests to meet acceptance criteria

Use refactoring and design patterns to keep code maintainable

Contribute to team learning and standards through presentations and knowledge sharing

Stay updated on the latest application development trends and continually develop skills

Engage in discussions on best practices and help identify optimal solutions
