· Background in cable testing, or manufacturing processes is an advantage.

· At least familiar with AutoCAD Electrical or drafting tools.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

· Willing to work in a manufacturing/plant setup.

Quality Assurance & Testing

· Conduct routine and type tests (e.g., insulation resistance, dielectric strength, tensile tests, flame tests).

· Perform quality checks during and after production to ensure compliance with industry standards.

· Prepare and maintain test reports, certifications, and quality records.

· Investigate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Production Support

· Provide technical guidance to production teams regarding wire and cable specifications.

· Monitor production processes to ensure consistency with approved designs.

· Recommend process improvements for efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Compliance & Safety

· Ensure all products comply with Philippine Electrical Code, DOE regulations, and international standards.

· Implement and monitor electrical safety protocols in production and testing areas.

· Participate in internal and external quality audits.
