Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The foreman will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work is completed on time and according to standards, and supervise workers to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction site activities
  • Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed
  • Interpret and implement plans and specifications
  • Manage and monitor workers' performance and productivity
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee use of materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare daily reports on progress and issues

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a foreman or in construction site supervision
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read plans and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to work on-site (Metro Manila / Rizal or project location)
  • TESDA certification or equivalent (preferred but not required)
