About the Role

As a QCE Trainee at EEI Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to develop your skills within the Quality Assurance and Control domain of the construction industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform quality inspections and testing on construction materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
  • Support the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant education or training in construction, engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome or with minimal work experience (BS Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
