Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate assigned electric delivery vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of goods to assigned clients, following approved routes and schedules provided by the dispatch and scheduling teams.
  • Arrive at the assigned call time and pickup location on time, ensuring readiness to start daily deliveries without delay.
  • Follow assigned delivery routes strictly, with zero deviations unless approved by the Workforce Assistant or Dispatcher.
  • Uphold Mober's customer service standards by interacting professionally with clients and internal customer service teams, following delivery protocols, and maintaining a respectful, solution-oriented approach.
  • Practice responsible EV handling, including proper charging when instructed, minimizing energy waste, and reporting battery performance issues.
  • Collaborate with Assemblers and CSOTGs when assigned to joint deliveries, ensuring smooth teamwork and customer satisfaction.
