Remote Office Support Specialist

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Remote Office Support Specialist to support our remote team during the graveyard shift. This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, confident on calls, and enjoys balancing admin work with client communication. You'll be the first voice potential leads hear, making sure every inquiry is handled smoothly and every follow-up is on time.
What You'll Do
- Answer and place calls to leads, providing clear and accurate information while documenting every conversation.
- Keep projects moving by assisting with scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day admin tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Handle data entry, reports, and document prep to support smooth daily operations.
- Communicate with team members to ensure updates and tasks flow seamlessly.
- Represent the company professionally with confident, helpful, and empathetic interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, easy-to-understand accent.
- Confidence and empathy when speaking with leads on the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with CRMs, call software, and office tools.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Previous admin, lead management, or call-handling experience.
- Familiarity with CRM and support platforms.
- Quick adaptability to new processes and systems.
- Past experience working remotely, especially overnight.
