We are seeking a talented and motivated Back End Developer proficient in PHP or Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work on building and maintaining robust, scalable back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs in PHP or Python.
  • Design, implement, and manage databases to support web applications and services.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure innovative development practices.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of code.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve development processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Back End Developer, with solid expertise in PHP or Python.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies such as RESTful APIs, web services, and MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel for PHP, Django/Flask for Python).
  • Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and server management is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php60, Php150,000.00 per month
