POSITION SUMMARY

The Officer II – AI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves developing AI models, integrating them into enterprise applications, and maintaining high performance and accuracy. This position requires a strong foundation in programming, data science, and problem-solving, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to innovation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to address business challenges and improve processes.

· Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure high-quality input for model training.

· Model Optimization: Fine-tune algorithms to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of AI solutions.

· Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, tools, and techniques; evaluate their applicability to organizational projects.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

· Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of models, algorithms, data pipelines, and processes for transparency and future reference.

· Deployment & Integration: Assist in deploying AI solutions into production environments and integrate them with existing systems.

· Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor model performance and retrain/update models as necessary to adapt to new data or changing requirements.

· Compliance & Data Security: Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy, security standards, and organizational policies.

· Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for AI applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

· Report & Present Findings: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, progress, and results to stakeholders.
