The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategies to promote tile, slab, and sanitary ware products. This role aims to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales through creative and strategic online content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, captions, and stories) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Showcase tile, slab, and toilet ware products through aesthetic visuals, product highlights, and lifestyle designs.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities in the construction and home improvement industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media campaigns with promotional activities and showroom events.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions) and prepare regular reports.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for content production.
  • Support brand consistency by following the company's visual and communication guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the construction, home improvement, or interior design industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic photo/video editing.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
