LIN-LOX Refiller

Job Summary:

The Lin-Lox Refiller is responsible for the safe and accurate refilling of liquid nitrogen (LIN) and liquid oxygen (LOX) cylinders or containers. The role ensures compliance with safety standards, correct product labeling, and proper handling of cryogenic gases in accordance with company and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate refilling equipment and ensure proper filling of LIN and LOX cylinders or storage tanks.
• Check and verify cylinder identification, weight, and pressure before and after refilling.
• Inspect cylinders and valves for leaks, damages, or irregularities prior to refilling.
• Monitor refilling operations to ensure accuracy and prevent overfilling or contamination.
• Properly label and tag all filled cylinders with product information and safety warnings.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the refilling and storage areas.
• Observe and strictly follow safety protocols when handling cryogenic materials.
• Record all refilling transactions in logs or electronic systems accurately and timely.
• Report any equipment malfunction, incident, or safety hazard to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and other plant operations as required.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate or equivalent; Vocational or Technical background in Industrial or Mechanical field is an advantage.
• With experience in gas refilling operations or industrial plant work is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in safety practices related to cryogenic materials and pressurized gases.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual and outdoor work.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and assigned plant locations.
• Preferably residing in Taguig or nearby areas.
