Telesales Supervisor

About the role

As a Telesales Supervisor at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC', you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of telesales professionals to achieve outstanding sales results. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and involves overseeing the daily operations of the telesales team to ensure exceptional customer service and successful sales outcomes.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coach a team of telesales agents to drive sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team morale
2. Monitor team and individual sales activities, providing feedback and support to help agents meet and exceed their targets
3. Identify training needs and implement effective training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of the telesales team
4. Analyse sales data and provide insights to the management team, recommending strategies to improve overall sales performance
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual accountability
6. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
7. Collaborate with other departments to optimise the customer experience and support overall business objectives

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a telesales supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the call centre or customer service industry
2. Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve their targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to drive continuous improvement
5. Thorough understanding of the call centre and customer service industry, including relevant regulatory requirements
6. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing business needs
