As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help us bring the EAT PIZZA experience to every guest, every time.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high standard of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and team performance. You will lead and motivate the staff, manage inventory and cost controls, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for food and people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee food and labor cost controls.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor according to business needs.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with marketing promotions and local community engagement.
• Report on sales, expenses, and other key performance metrics to ownership.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (pizza or fast-casual preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and team development.
• Basic understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
