About the role

Century Pacific Agricultural Ventures Inc. is seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and planning of our agricultural projects, using your technical expertise to translate concepts into detailed, accurate technical drawings and plans. What you'll be doing

  • Interpreting design briefs and client requirements to produce clear, detailed technical drawings and plans
  • Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models, schematics, and renderings
  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure designs are feasible and meet industry standards
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all design work
  • Providing support and guidance to junior drafting staff as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting or a related field
  • With 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in the agricultural or construction industry.
  • Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs
  • Strong technical drawing and 3D modelling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of agricultural design principles and building regulations
