We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead transformative technology initiatives that drive automation, efficiency, and paperless operations. This role will oversee the delivery of projects that leverage innovative tools—including AI and bots—to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects, with a focus on automation, digital transformation, and paperless systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, bots, and emerging technologies to optimize workflows and efficiency.
  • Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and project reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale IT projects, ideally in healthcare, retail, or logistics industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, automation tools, and paperless systems.
  • Familiarity with AI, bots, and process automation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus).
