LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR/ MATERIAL SUPERVISOR

The Logistics/Material Supervisor is a critical Supervisory leadership position responsible for overseeing all pallet-related operations of different Supply Chain Logistics Division managed facilities across all Inbound and Outbound distribution facilities. This role ensures efficient material handling, maintains safety standards, and coordinates team activities to meet operational targets.

• Keep track and maintain accurate pallet inventory records, ensure all areas conduct regular cycle counts, and implement systematic tracking procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies across warehouse operations
• Direct and coordinate all activities, provide guidance and training, monitor performance metrics, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and safety.
• Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards while implementing corrective actions to address operational deficiencies and maintain operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement efficiency initiatives, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs
• Other Logistics task that may include Warehouse Inventory
• Graduate of Bachelor Science in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or any 4-year course
• At least two (4) years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in inventory and warehouse management
• The Logistics/Material Supervisor is under Admin and Asset Management
• Willing to assign at Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
