Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to teachers and ongoing lessons, ensuring smooth class operations and an excellent teaching experience.
  • Troubleshoot platform, audio/video, connectivity, and lesson material issues in real time.
  • Assist teachers with account-related concerns such as schedules, access issues, policy clarifications, and payout inquiries.
  • Respond to both lesson-related and general teacher inquiries through clear, professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate system errors, content issues, or complex teacher concerns as needed.
  • Guide teachers on best practices for lesson delivery, platform navigation, and compliance with company standards.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and escalations accurately using designated tools or ticketing systems.
  • Support teachers with process updates, training reminders, and operational announcements.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and ensure timely resolution of all concerns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ESL, customer support, operations support, or similar roles.
  • Experience in ESL operations, teaching support, or lesson coordination is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, handle urgent situations, and manage real-time concerns.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms, ESL environments
