Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in an on-site, full-time position located in Biñan, Laguna. This role involves managing the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and supporting financial audits and tax filings. The Senior Accountant will also monitor accounts payable and receivable, supervise reconciliation processes, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights for decision-making. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Payroll Management, and Audit Support
  • Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, and Strategic Financial Planning
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA certification preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or food packaging industries is a plus
