  • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel or inventory system) is an advantage
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Description
  • Receive, check, and record deliveries of goods and materials
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stocks in the stockroom/warehouse
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular counts and reconciliation
  • Issue and release items requested by different departments/branches following proper documentation
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing stocks for distribution
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the stockroom/warehouse
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages in stocks to the supervisor/manager
  • Coordinate with purchasing or inventory personnel for replenishment needs
