JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage overall store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded through effective strategies.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee inventory control.
  • Implement merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness/organization.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SM mall regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
  • Experience in gadgets/electronics is an advantage
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
