QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Proven experience as Junior Architect or Architectural Intern.

  • Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.

  • Excellent knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and SketchUp.

  • A keen eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and team working skills.

  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the design and preparation of architectural plans and drawings.

  • Participate in the creation and refinement of design for projects, both small scale and large scale.

  • Assist in the application for planning permissions and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.

  • Attend and contribute to meeting with clients, contractors and other specialists.
