Batching Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordinates delivery of ready-mix concrete on site with proper documentation
• Plant representative at site
• Provide support at site (coordinate status and unloading of concrete)
• Prepare sample at site / slump at site
• Monitor pouring status
• Provide status updates and reports issues during the activity to Batching Plant Manager
• Comply with the Health and Safety Program of the company/site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Excellent customer service skills. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
• Must be flexible and able to balance shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the desire to seek solutions.
• Possess a general knowledge of construction and company products and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
• Excellent leadership skills – must be able to motivate others and provide complete, direct, and actionable feedback.
• Willing to be assigned in Pili, Camarines Sur, Legazpi and Sorsogon.
