The Branch Head is considered as to the highest officer in command in a branch level. He/She is the head of sales. His/Her responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day insurance operation. He/She manages staff, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Also he/she is a decision maker and act as problem solver in any branch circumstances.
